Post Consumer Brands: From too many cooks to one clear story
Post Consumer Brands needed a national sales meeting deck built from a year of insights, analytics, and strategy work, flowing in from a dozen people at once.
I narrowed it to two point people and asked one question at every slide: what's the key message here? The deck shipped on time, and three more departments came back the following year to do the same thing.

Wildlife Conservation Society: A partnership from design to training
The Wildlife Conservation Society came to me with a challenge: they needed a persuasive deck that had to win over upper management, with no room for it to fall flat. I dug into their goals and audience, then shaped a narrative and design that landed exactly as intended.
