The challenges you're facing
If you're a corporate leader and any of the following challenges sound familiar, you're in the right place.
Lack of organization
You've got an upcoming national sales meeting, and a year of insights, analytics, and strategy floating around, with no way to organize everything into one clear and compelling story.
Resource management
You keep having to pull your best people off of their actual work to build slides — and the deck still comes out cluttered or lacking a real throughline. You know this isn't the best use of your resources.
Looming deadline
The date of the big presentation is getting closer, and all the information is there, but the story just isn't. You've got too much riding on this presentation to rush things for the sake of getting it done.
You need one reliable person who takes the whole thing off your plate and treats your outcome like it's theirs.
What to expect
Before you entrust me with your highest-stakes presentations, here's what you should know about how I work.
Some presentation designers will only handle the design, based around content provided by your team or a hired copywriter. I help build a clear story from your content, then develop the design and copy in tandem, to tell a story that will really land with your audience.
Whether you already have a rough draft, or just a pile of source files, I'll work with you to gather what I need to find the story, structure the deck around it, and design every slide to carry that story through. I won't hand you something that feels generic and templated. Every presentation is customized to your needs and the audience who will be seeing it.
If you need template design, I offer that as well, to set your team up for success moving forward. Just let me know your needs on our call.
You'll have one point of contact from our first call to the final delivery. You'll never get handed off to some anonymous team member, and you'll never have to wonder what's happening with your project — I'll keep you informed before you ever have to ask. My clients come back to me, over and over, because they find working with me to be easy, transparent, and worth repeating.
Exact timing will depend on the size of the deck and ease of communication with your team, but 2–4 weeks is pretty typical. If you're in a time crunch, just let me know and we can arrange a rush project — I once rebuilt a 45-slide keynote for a 400-person audience in just 2.5 days. And if your timeline isn't realistic, I'll tell you honestly on our first call, rather than promise something I can't deliver on.
I charge a flat base fee, then a fair per-slide fee — one number with everything included (story development, copy, and design), so you know exactly what you're getting and there are no surprises. When we meet, we'll discuss the specifics of your project and I'll scope it out clearly and accurately before we begin.
