Your Questions, Answered
Once we’ve signed a contract, you can send me: your content on a slide or in a Word doc, a high-res version of your logo in PNG or EPS with a transparent background, and a company style guide if you have one. If not, I’ll follow your website style for brand consistency. You can also send image files you’d like in your slides, or I can find them for you. Data, stats, and copy should be in text format. I’ll set up a Dropbox folder for us to share assets and drafts.
Absolutely! While there may be some design elements that are imported, I ensure that all text is added in PowerPoint so you can easily edit it.
A typical project takes about 2-3 weeks. If you need it sooner, rush options are available for an extra fee.
We start with a creative direction, designing 2-3 slides to ensure I’m the right fit for your project and to efficiently create a presentation that impresses you. If I can’t design something you like during this process, you won’t be charged. If a few slides need extra revisions at the end, I’m happy to provide those to ensure you love the final product.
Typically, two rounds of revisions. I do make exceptions but will remind you of extra fees that could incur if those edits get out of hand that could potentially disrupt other projects and schedules.
I only ask that you be mindful of our timeline and consolidate edits as best you can.
All payments can be easily made online via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, ACH transfer or Zelle.
