Hi, I'm Oreet Kaufman

Too many game-changing concepts die in boardrooms because they're buried under cluttered slides and uncertain delivery. I'm here to change that. I don't just design presentations; I revolutionize how you show up when it matters most.

My approach challenges everything you think you know about "good enough" presentations. While others focus on making slides prettier, I focus on making you unstoppable. I strip away the complexity, eliminate the confusion, and rebuild your content into something that doesn't just inform, it transforms.

Do you do other design services?

Presentation design is my specialty but I have partnered with Sandy Creative Studio for outstanding design services. What assets do you need from me to get started and how do I send it?

Once a contract has been signed, you can send me: Your content on a slide or in a word doc. A high res version of your logo in PNG, EPS or AI format with a transparent background. A company style guide if you have one. If you do not have a style guide, I can follow your website style to ensure consistency of your brand. Image files you’d like to see in your slides – I can also procure this if you don’t have any/enough. Data, stats, and copy in a text format. I'll create a Dropbox folder for us to share assets and draft reviews.
How long does a typical project take?

A typical project can take 2-3 weeks. Rush options are also available for an extra fee if you need it sooner.
How do we communicate during the project?

I'm flexible in communication methods and can adapt to your preference. We'll kick off with a project meeting via Zoom/phone. While email is a popular choice, I'm open to collaborating on platforms like Dropbox or any tool that suits your workflow.
Will I be able to edit the final presentation?

Absolutely! There may be occasional design elements that are imported in, but to the extent possible, all text is added in PowerPoint so that you can easily edit it.
What if I’m not happy with the final product?

We will begin the project with a creative direction, which is 2-3 designed slides, to ensure that I am the right designer for your project and that we efficiently get to a presentation that impresses you. If I am unable to create a design that you like during that process, you will not be charged. If there are a few slides that need additional revisions at the end of the project, I am happy to provide those to ensure you love the final product.
Will my presentation be showcased on your website?

The decision is yours. Just let me know when we start working together and I'll ensure your content remains confidential. As a Freelance PowerPoint Designer, I am firmly accustomed to working closely with sensitive information and confidentiality is my number one priority. Additionally, if you would like for me to sign an NDA, I’d be happy to do so.
How many revisions do I get?

Typically, three rounds of revisions. I do make exceptions but will remind you of extra fees that could incur if those edits get out of hand that could potentially disrupt other projects and schedules. I only ask that you be mindful of our timeline and consolidate edits as best you could.
How does payment work?

There is a 50% deposit required once the contract is signed. At the end of the project, I’ll send you an invoice for the remaining amount. All payments can be easily made online via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, ACH transfer or Zelle.
